Due to the exploratory nature of our expeditions, it is possible that a route
or itinerary change or the cancelling of an adventure activity may be necessary,
whether for inclement weather, ice conditions, availability of anchorages, political
restrictions, or for any reason beyond our control. Such decisions, if necessary
will be made in the best interests and the safety of all passengers and crew aboard
the ship. If such changes are required, it will always be at the discretion of
the ship's captain and/or expedition leaders. No refund will be available in the
event of any route or itinerary change.
Antarctic Horizons will not be responsible for postponement or delay caused
by schedule changes, or cancelled or delayed flights at any point in your trip.
Every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience caused, but we are not
responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred.
